Run a project schedule service to schedule more than one project.

Go to Admin>Scheduled Services>Add>Schedule. Choose frequency and then projects from project settings.

Where do schedule results go after you hit schedule?

If you selected the “display” prompt from what I know you will get a separate window that will display the schedule log. You can also see them in "View Service Status" in upper right hand corner of P6 EPPM.
