If a customer wants to export more than one project from P6 into OPC, they can. Select the projects>file>open>select projects again and pick location for folder.

Granting User Role Workspace access in OPC
To grant a user rights in a workspace you can go to Global Admin>Users>Select User>Assign (on right side)>Select Workspace or use default and select role and Save. Remember, the role has to have had defined permissions unless it has default permissions.
