Symptoms

When attempting to apply actuals or summarize,

ERROR

Event Code: VQCCR-2757-D
Message: TCVirtualQuery.getCount: Cannot retrieve count while updating list.

or

AVAA0-2332-8

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    Log in to Pro Client
    Apply actuals or summarize a project
    Get one of the two codes above

Cause

This is caused by a defect. The issue occurs when applying actuals, summarizing, other actions including F5 Refresh. The defect occurs when an action is being done, and the service status window is also open.

This issue has been resolved and the fix has been included in Patch Set 16.2.11.0.  All subsequent Patch Sets for this release version will also include the fix.

To implement a Patch Set, please execute the following steps:
1. Download and review the README documentation and prerequisites for the Patch Set.
2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended Patch Set.
3. Apply the Patch Set in a test environment.
4. Retest the issue.
5. Implement the solution as appropriate on other environments.


LIOOB-3801-6 error code

When attempting to schedule a project in P6 Pro client, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Start P6 Pro client, open a project.
Press F9 then press Schedule button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot schedule projects.

Cause

There are loops with completed activities in the schedule. While scheduling with the options of Progress Override or Actual Dates, these completed activities are being picked up and causing the scheduling process to stop.

Progress override/Actual Dates options should ignore the loops with completed activities and proceed with scheduling
