Granting User Role Workspace access in OPC

To grant a user rights in a workspace you can go to Global Admin>Users>Select User>Assign (on right side)>Select Workspace or use default and select role and Save. Remember, the role has to have had defined permissions unless it has default permissions.

Owner company: An owner company has been created for you. A single owner company is required by Primavera Administration. You can modify certain aspects of the owner company (including the company full name and the password policy). It is not possible to delete an owner company.

How can you make a role a project superuser?

You can rename any role in administration>user administration and under global or project security profiles. It more depends on the rights you grant them.

User Login Report - Admin Settings in Audit

I noticed that these configs can be changed by any customer. Just helpful to know if they are looking for user login reports.

Provides a list of users logged into P6 EPPM within the period specified in the Time interval to store user login information setting in Application Settings. Shows the user ID, user name, login date and time, logout date and time, the total time the user was logged in, the application the user logged into, and the server for that application.
