Create a service to backup projects in P6 EPPM

Go to Administration>Scheduled Services.

How do I turn off publication?

 You can turn it off in project preferences. 

S-Curve report in P6 EPPM

This report consists of a chart and a table. The chart shows Planned Labor Units on the y-axis and date on the x-axis and plots the Original Planned Labor Units, Achieved versus Plan, Additional Work and Milestone Dates. The table gives the Total Target Planned Work, Planned Work To Date, Cancelled Work To Date, Additional Work To Date, Planned Work Achieved To Date, Total Work Achieved To Date, Manhours Planned, Manhours Achieved, Lost Time Manhours To Date, Actual Percent Complete To Date, Target Percent Complete To Date, and Actual Manhours To Date.

Location

1. Click Reports.
2. On the Report page:
   1. Click View and select Reports.
   2. Expand the P6Reports folder.
   3. Expand the Project folder.
   4. Click S Curve.

Project Governance Non-Compliance Report

Description

Lists core project-level settings for each project, highlighting setting values that are not compliant.
Location
Click Reports.
On the Report page:
Click the Reports tab.
Expand the P6Reports folder.
Expand the Administrative folder.
Click Project Governance Non-Compliance Report.

How to Configure P6 EPPM R17 and SharePoint 2016 Integration Using CMIS (Doc ID 2342188.1) In this Document Goal Solution   Part 1   Part 2 References Applies to: Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management - Version 17.7 and later Information in this document applies to any platform. Goal This document explains how to configure P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) Release 17 and SharePoint 2016 Integration using CMIS. Solution Part 1 Two Prerequisites in SharePoint 2016 Enable Basic Authentication Activate Content Management Interoperability Services Producer Feature CMIS Basic Authentication Open Central Administration > Application Management > Manage web application. Click on your web application > from the above ribbon, Click on Authentication Provider. Click on Default > Check Basic authentication (credentials are sent in clear text) Activate Content Management Interoperability Services Producer Feature Open your site > Site Settings > Site Actions > Manage Site Features. Search For Content Management Interoperability Services Producer Feature. Click on Active Optional: On the SharePoint Central Administration website, click System Settings. On the System Settings page, in the Farm Management section, click Configure alternate access mappings.   Part 2 Repository Name: This is new Document Library you created for P6.  In Libraries, Click add an App, select Document Library. Document Home: This is new folder you created in Document Library. Click File menu on top, select ‘New Folder’ Login Name: To know user who has permission to your Repository, click SETTING, under Permission and Management, click ‘Permission for this document library’. NOTE: This username must be exactly matched with Login Name in P6 Administration. For example, if you put ‘Administrator’ in P6 Configuration, it will allow you to connect SharePoint but you will get permission issue, as user ‘Administrator’ does not have permission in P6Doc repository.   References Didn't find what you are looking for?
