How to remove yourself from the CSI (Customer Support Indentifier)

A CSM just asked about this. Unless something has changed in MOS, a customer contact who is listed on a CSI, should have the ability to remove themselves. If anyone else knows different feel free to chime.

1. Go to the World Wide Web.

2. Go to My Oracle Support.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Go to My Accounts.

5. Highlight account.

6. Remove selected.
