Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who visits my site from all over the world. I started this site about a decade ago just logging questions as I sat at a small agency in DC helping P6 users. I kept adding and adding and never would think I would get 5-6,000 hits a month. Although I am no longer working directly with the products, I will continue to update the site when I can. It makes me think I'm helping people out there, so thank you.
Take Care,
Bob

How to check which version you are for P6 or unifier.
You can always validate a version by adding "/p6/servicehealth" or "/unifier/servicehealth" to the end of the url.

How to reset password for P6 Cloud Users
https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Cloud/2185333_1.html
Information on managing users and passwords from the Cloud Administration Utility can be found in the Cloud Administrator's Guide in the Primavera Documentation Library.
Thank you Katherine!
If a user are set up in P6 Cloud Admin, but are not active and access is disabled in the Cloud Admin. Would these “inactive” users count towards their user license limit? In the client case, they have rotating seasonal workers and only use P6 during certain times of the year.
P6EPPM licensing is by "Hosted Named User": "is defined as an individual authorized by You to access the hosted service, regardless of whether the individual is actively accessing the hosted service at any given time." so, if the user is not active is not authorized and therefore not counted.
