Total Funding comes from the total amount of funding contributed to your project by funding sources. Funding sources can be viewed by going to the “Funding” tab in the Project View. It doesn’t matter if the project is open or closed. This amount can be manually changed.
The Baseline Cost (Planned Cost) also known as the BL Project Total Cost (BL for Baseline) is the total cost for the WBS in the project baseline, including labor and non-labor resources, material resources/costs, and project expenses. The expenses you were referencing in the expense tab in the activities. This figure is calculated when we set the baseline for the project.
