User wants to build project activities & WBS out using a template.

Activities can be derived via Project Architect, using the standard template, or from scratch. To utilize the architect, you can choose a project template by opening the project in P6, and use File, Project Architect and go to MMDB_OIT. Select Base Methodology>Select Base and choose the base that best fits your project.
